In Spring 2024, Abjak set out to raise £250,000 and the Jetpack team were essential in making it happen. Led by Phil Birss (Jetpack's Founder and CEO) they took the lead on developing and executing our fundraising strategy. They managed the entire process from start to finish and became our complete outsourced investment management team.

From the start, they worked closely with us to ensure that the Abjak commercial proposition was clear and suitable for taking on external investors. They created a brilliant pitch deck that told our story in a simple yet impactful way, and they handled all the outreach to investors (to a pre-agreed list).

A great bonus was the one-on-one coaching, provided by Phil, on how to deliver a the investment pitch itself to investors. Phil's framework for presenting our vision, commerical model and funding requirements was the real genius behind the process.

Finally, once we had the offer for the full amount of the raise from a single VC, Phil, working alongside our lawyers, helped us through the due diligence, providing his insight and experience as a successful Founder in his own right.
